Villa Spalato is situated in Meje, part of Split which is a south oriented district in the west end of Split, just at the beginning of the forest Park Marjan. This remarkable house has been renovated in 2004, but because it is over a hundred years old building and due to its value, it is under protection of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of Republic of Croatia.
Villa Spalato is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It consist of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a spacious hall with fireplace, kitchen, living room, dinning room with terrace, fitness, sauna and a library. On the second floor there are four double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a terrace. Villa Spalato is south oriented so you will have a wonderful sea view from almost every room. All rooms have TV, wireless Internet connection and air-condition. Outside area of Villa is a spacious Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub in the center with an open air dinning area which makes this Villa ideal spot for private GALA dinners and a cocktail parties.
